Preparation
- Wash and trim the lettuce, then cut it into bite-sized pieces. Wash the cucumber and slice it thinly. Wash the tomatoes and cut them in half. Peel the shallot and slice it into thin rings.
- For the dressing, combine the mayonnaise, yogurt, tomato ketchup, tomato paste, mustard, vinegar, and oil in a bowl and whisk well.
- Add the garlic clove and herbs and mix in.
- Season to taste with salt, pepper, and tabasco if desired.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and serve sprinkled with LEIMER Croutons.
