Preparation

  • Wash the zucchini and pat dry. Remove the stem and cut into strips about 1 cm thick.
  • Whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt. Set up a breading station with flour, the whisked eggs, and LEIMER Panko Breadcrumbs.
  • Heat the deep fryer to 180°C.
  • Coat the zucchini strips first in flour, then in egg, and finally in panko, fry in the deep fryer until golden brown and let drain briefly on paper towels.
  • Serve with herb quark or another dip of your choice.
