Preparation
- Wash the zucchini and pat dry. Remove the stem, cut in half lengthwise, and cut into sticks about 1 x 1 cm thick. Then season the zucchini sticks with salt.
- Whisk the eggs. Set up a breading station with flour, the whisked eggs, and LEIMER Panko Breadcrumbs.
- Heat the deep fryer to 180°C.
- Coat the zucchini strips first in flour, then in egg, and finally in panko, fry in the deep fryer until golden brown and let drain briefly on paper towels.
- Serve with herb quark or another dip of your choice.
