Preparation

  • Wash the prawns and pat them dry.
  • Whisk the eggs with a little salt and water or milk. Set up a breading station with flour, the whisked eggs, and LEIMER Panko Breadcrumbs.
  • Preheat the deep fryer to 180°C.
  • Coat the prawns first in flour, then in egg, and finally in panko, fry in the deep fryer until golden brown and let drain briefly on paper towels.
  • Serve with a fresh salad and sweet-and-sour sauce.
