Preparation
- Wash the prawns, pat them dry and season them lightly with salt.
- Whisk the eggs with water or milk. Set up a breading station with flour, the whisked eggs, and LEIMER Panko Breadcrumbs.
- Preheat the deep fryer to 180°C.
- Coat the prawns first in flour, then in egg, and finally in panko, fry in the deep fryer until golden brown and let drain briefly on paper towels.
- Serve with a fresh salad and sweet-and-sour sauce.
