Preparation

  • Wash and trim the lettuce, then cut it into bite-sized pieces. Wash the cucumber and slice it thinly. Wash the tomatoes and cut them in half. Peel the shallot and slice it into thin rings.
  • For the dressing, peel the ginger and grate it finely. Remove the seeds from the chili pepper and chop it finely. Peel the garlic clove and mince it finely.
  • Wash the limes, pat them dry, grate the zest, and squeeze out the juice.
  • Place the ginger, chili, garlic, lime juice, and zest in a bowl and mix well.
  • Pour the dressing over the salad and serve sprinkled with LEIMER Croutons.
