Preparation
- Cut the tomatoes, onions and garlic into small pieces and mix everything together.
- Season with salt and pepper and then refine with a little olive oil.
- Alternate the gluten-free croutons in the herb variety with the tomato and onion mixture in a glass and top with a basil leaf.
Alternatively, the gluten-free croutons can also be replaced with gluten-containing herb croutons.
