Preparation
- Wash the tomatoes, remove the stalk and cut into slices. Place the tomato slices in a bowl.
- Peel the shallots. Clean the spring onions and cut into fine rings together with the shallots. Add to the tomatoes.
- Finely pluck the oregano and sprinkle over the tomato slices.
- For the dressing, mix together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar and honey. Season with salt and pepper, pour over the tomatoes and mix the salad well.
- Plate up the tomato salad and serve sprinkled with croutons.
