Preparation
- Cream the butter. Add the onion, chopped parsley, egg and water and mix well.
- Add LEIMER "Mutschelmehl", season with the spices and leave the mixture to soak for 5 - 10 minutes (the mixture should be soft).
- Use a wet tablespoon to form dumplings. Place the dumplings in a boiling broth of your choice, e.g. vegetable or meat broth, and leave to stand for 5 - 10 minutes.
- Serve the finished "Nockerl" dumplings in the stock.
