Preparation
- Mix the yogurt with 30 ml of elderflower syrup, a dash of lemon juice and sugar and chill.
- Clean and halve the strawberries. Add 2 tbsp elderflower syrup, mix and chill.
- Heat the waffle iron.
- Mix the Tempura Batter with the milk and elderflower syrup using a whisk until lump-free and leave to soak for 5 minutes.
- Brush the waffle iron with oil. Pour 2-3 tbsp of dough into the center of the hot iron, close and bake until golden brown. Do the same with the remaining dough.
- Dust the waffles with powdered sugar, serve with yogurt and strawberries. Serve with a scoop of ice cream.
