vine tomatoes
1 Piece
bell pepper
0.5 Piece
cucumber
100 g
gluten free white bread (soaked)
80 ml
olive oil
30 ml
apple cider vinegar
1 Piece
clove of garlic
salt and pepper
75 g

Zubereitung

  • Cut the vegetables into small pieces and puree in a blender (alternatively with a hand blender).
  • Then add the soaked white bread, oil and vinegar and puree again.
  • Pass everything through a sieve and then season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Chill for at least 30 minutes and enjoy chilled.
