- Cut broccoli into sprouts, blanch in plenty of salted water for 4-5 min, drain and drip off well.
- Heat olive oil in a pan, fry peeled garlic cloves and chillies briefly.
- As soon as the garlic takes on colour, add the raw prawns and fry on both sides for 2 min. each.
- Remove the prawns and keep warm.
- Roast the LEIMER Mutschelmehl in the remaining fat until golden brown, add the prawns and broccoli.
- Season to taste with salt. Serve with baguette.
