Preparation
- Peel and slice the carrots. Heat the butter in a pan and fry the carrot slices until translucent.
- Pour in the cream and milk. Stir in the GEFRO Gourmet Cream of Vegetable Soup with a whisk, bring to the boil once and simmer for 5 minutes over a low heat.
- Serve the soup in plates. Sprinkle with croutons and parsley and serve.
