This is how our fish coating mix works

  • To bind the fish, moisten well with water. Tip: If you want a thicker breading, we recommend using beaten egg instead of water.
  • Turn in the fish coating mix, press down well on both sides and allow to set.
  • Fry over medium heat in plenty of fat or oil on both sides.
