Preparation
- Wash the lettuce, drain and tear into bite-sized pieces. Wash the tomatoes and cut into eighths. Place everything in a bowl and mix.
- For the dressing, mix together the mustard, honey, vinegar, water, salt, pepper and herbs, then stir in the olive oil.
- Cut the chicken breast into strips, season with salt and pepper and fry in a pan.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well. Place the chicken breast strips on top and serve sprinkled with freshly grated Parmesan cheese and LEIMER croutons.
