- Prepare the Burgis Knödelinos® in the pot according to the package instructions.
- Finely dice the onion and sauté in a little clarified butter in a pan until translucent. Add the bacon cubes and brown. Then fry the sauerkraut in this pan as well. Deglaze the bacon-cabbage with a ladle of dumpling water.
- Now put the finished bacon-cabbage into a casserole dish and spread the finished Knödelinos® on top. Mix the breadcrumbs with vegetable oil and the herb mixture and place on top of the Knödelinos®.
- Bake the casserole at 200°C top/bottom heat for about 15 minutes and then serve.
