Your tasks

  • Competent, friendly contact person for our domestic and international business partners
  • Order processing from quotation to invoicing
  • Close interface function between sales, production, logistics, and supply chain
  • Maintenance of customer master data
  • Support for field sales and key account management
  • Processing of complaints and returns
  • Participation in the optimization of internal processes

Your profile

  • Completed commercial training (e.g., industrial clerk, wholesale and foreign trade clerk, or comparable)
  • Professional experience in internal sales, ideally in export or in the food industry
  • Experience in export business and customs clearance is an advantage
  • Confident use of MS Office and ERP systems
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills, other foreign languages are an advantage
  • Structured, independent, and service-oriented approach to work
  • Ability to work in a team and intercultural competence
