Your tasks
- Competent, friendly contact person for our domestic and international business partners
- Order processing from quotation to invoicing
- Close interface function between sales, production, logistics, and supply chain
- Maintenance of customer master data
- Support for field sales and key account management
- Processing of complaints and returns
- Participation in the optimization of internal processes
Your profile
- Completed commercial training (e.g., industrial clerk, wholesale and foreign trade clerk, or comparable)
- Professional experience in internal sales, ideally in export or in the food industry
- Experience in export business and customs clearance is an advantage
- Confident use of MS Office and ERP systems
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills, other foreign languages are an advantage
- Structured, independent, and service-oriented approach to work
- Ability to work in a team and intercultural competence
