Your tasks
- Planning, organizing and monitoring national and international transports
- Communicating with customers, carriers and service providers
- Obtaining and comparing freight offers
- Preparing and checking freight and customs documents and freight invoices
- Calculating freight rates and preparing quotations
- Processing transport orders in our logistics system
- Deadline monitoring and shipment tracking
- Complaints and claims processing
Your profile
- Completed commercial training, ideally in the field of logistics/shipping
- Professional experience in shipping
- Good IT skills
- Structured way of working, high sense of responsibility, flexibility
- Customer and service orientation
