The flour is obtained from regional mills from controlled cultivation and the spices from competent partners. The products are manufactured on fully automated production plants and packed with the latest cartoners and bag fillers.

A permanent quality control guarantees the consistently high quality of all products. Samples from the raw material to the finished product are taken regularly and checked by sworn food experts in the laboratory.

Leimer got the higher level IFS-certificate due to the existing quality management system with integrated HACCP-concept. The traceability of every product batch from the finished product to the raw material is given. The certification complying with the Organic Farming Ordinance ((DE-├ľKO-037) completes the performance of LEIMER.
