Cottage Cheese Burgers with Corn and Peas
A quick dish that tastes delicious served cold or warm, whether as a snack, during a mountain tour or at the next picnic.
- 3 eggs
- 200 g cottage cheese
- 140 g canned corn
- 140 g deep-frozen peas
- 5 tbsps parsley, finely chopped
- 6 tbsps LEIMER breadcrumbs
- herb salt, pepper
- concentrated butter for the pan
Mix all ingredients and season with salt and pepper. Form small hamburgers from the mass and fry them at moderate heat on both sides until they are golden yellow.
- You can also spice up the cottage cheese hamburgers with small cubes of salami.
